ANY person may appoint the Public Trustee executor and trustee under his will or codicil. • Auy present trustee may transfer the management of the trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Auy person',' company, association, or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust.
