DUNSTAN RACING CLUB.

The annual meeting of members of the Uunstan Racing Club was held at the Pnrt Phillip Hotel, Clyde, on Saturday las'-. Present . Messrs Welsford (President, in the chair), Campbell, Keddell, Hogan, Holden, Joss, Jeffery, Mackay, and J. S. Xfi' kie, Secretary. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and con finned It was resolved that L 3 be paid to the secretary for expenses. After'the disposal of other business, the election of officers was then proceeded with, the following being elected : President, P. T). Jeffery ; Vico President, A. To«s; Committee : A. R. Macfeay, G. Fache. B. Naylor, F. Jeffery. J. Rivera. J. B. Wingfield, M. J. Macginnis, C. Attfield. S. Welsford, W. Fraser, C. Holden, T. Hogan, J. Campbell, A. Waddell, and A Joss. Treasurer, B. Naylor ; Secretary, J. S. Dickie.

It was carried that the club hold a spring meeting on September 26; and Mes-rs Jeffery and Joss were appointed to. draw up a programme of events. There being no other business, the meeting adjourned.
