The Partnership hitherto existing at Dnnedin between the undersigned in the business of Engineers and Ironfounders, under the firm of “Kincaid, M ‘Queen, and G0.,” has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent. The business will be conducted under the same style by the undersigned, Charles M ‘Queen, who will discharge all the liabilities of the firm, and receive all monies due.
