to the Editor. Sir—ln* paragraph in yonr last issue the writer spys that at a meeting to elect a •School Committee I asked a question amounting to a charge against the moral character of the teacher. What I did ask WM for the Committee to explain a charge already made by one of their number, and thereby clear the character of the teacher. By inserting this yon will oblige.
