Any person wishing to qualify for this race can do so by forwarding name and address with member’s fee (one guinea) to the Secretary, Ophir. Consolation Handic\p of 5 sovs. For all beaten horses, distance 14 mile. Post entry, ss. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless qualified as a subscriber of nut less than 21s. to the race fund. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition. That all d sputes, claims, and objections, aiising out of the racing shall bo decided by ’the stewards, or whom soever they may ap point, and thdr decision on all points connects 1 with tho carrying out of this programme shall be final. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no event.
