In reference to the Book-making Clause in our previous prospectus, we wish it to lie known that according lo the New System a sum of not less than L3OOO would be necessary for investment, in order to work the Book successfully. It will therefore be seen that we are not to blame for being unable to cany out our programme to the letter.
