Accounts amounting to £8 17 a > were passed for payment. * ' ' " The Treasurer presented ’ a statement of accounts, showing a debit balance of £23, and that subscription's to the amount of £lO were due.
It was suggested,, .and afterwards resolved—That every effort, be made to induce subscribers to pay up, and;that an advertisement be inserted in the Du.'SIAN Times requesting payment of all subscrip* tions due to the end.oi the year.; ” Resolved —That the amount due to the Librarian as salary be paid. Mr Cambridge was requested to examine roof of Town Hall, and repair damage done by the late storm. The meeting then dissolved.
