Mr L. Gards seconded the motion, which was carried unanimously. Proposed bv Mr Finlay. seconded by Mr "W.nafield--"That acopy ■< the foregoing resolution he sent to the Vincent County Council requesting their support. During 'he meeting Mr Fnser (E«n•cleuuh), the Rev Mr Lothian, and several oher gentlemen, spoke in support of the re» solutions, which were carried unanimous y and after a vote of thanks to the chair, the meeting dissolved.
