I hereby apply for a Gold-Mining Lease of the Lands hereinafter described, in accordance with the GoldMining Leases Regulations of New Zetland, and I agree, upon the approval of this application, to execute a Lease upon the basis therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same.
