I hereby apply for a Gold-Mining Lease of the Lands hereinafter described, in accordance with the GoldMining Leases Regulations of New Zetland, and I agree, upon the approval of this application, to execute a Lease upon the basis therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same. Extent of Land applied for—Nine acres. Minimum number of men to be employed by the Lessee—For the first six months, 2 men; subsequently when in full work, 4 men.
