The effective check which is ailed into operation before any moneys an be drawn from the Public Trustee’s ccount.

Eeasonable charges: On estates such as are now being considered the “ Public Trustee is authorised to charge H per cent, on all receipts, and per cent on disbursements, and 5s per J cent, on all moneys invested, No t charge is made for obtaining probate, £ nor lor passing stamp and property tax r returns, nor for correspondence how c ever voluminous.
