The Court finds that the capsizing of the vessel was due to the water entering the after ports through coaling being carried on all at one side of the vessel for top long a time, causing her to heel over. The ship, however, was pronounced to be perfe-tly stable in every respect, and the casualty was declared to be due to a series of small mistakes, none of which were held to-be sufficiently serious to justify the Court in dealing with the officers’ ceitificates The Court added a rider, drawing attention to the Idameworthy practice of sending ships to sea before they had been inclined, and tb ir stability calculated .
