The Geneva correspondent of the London Times telegraphs : ■' nother of those brutal crimes, which are unfortunately so frequent I in this country, has ju-theen committed at 1 Cachot, Canton Neuchatel. An aged pea- ! sant named Fuchs was dead in his barn with his throat cut, and a three-pronged fork had been driven through the eyeballs into the old man’s head. In the house lay his wi f e, almost naked, bathed i" blood, and her head nearly severed from her body. The house had been plundered, and a sum of money, which Fuchs had received a few days previously for some cattle that he had sold at a fair, had been taken away. No arrests have yet been made. I
