I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that it is my intention to apply to tho Waste Lands Board, Dunedin, as soon as practicable after the expiration of three weeks from the date hereof - (application lodged at Clyde Land Office this day), to purchase 50 acres (more or less) of Crown Lauds on Blacus Flat, bounded by the Station pre-emptive, lands in occupation of Peter Harrington and George Stringer, Crown Lands, an’including my residence area, and intersected by the Main Road there.
