Time, Imio. 17fsec The winner carried a 7lb penalty in consequence of bis having won the Normauby Stakes on January Ist. The St. Lecier Stakes, a sweepstake of 25 sovs. each, with 300 added. For three-year-olds—colts, Sst 101b, fillies, Sst 7ib O e mile and three-quarters and 132 yards. Mr E. de Mestre’s hlk c Navigator, by Robinson Urusot— Coceanut, Sst 101b 1 Sir T. Elder’s hr o Guesswork, by Gang Forward—Peradventure, Sst 101b... 2 Mr W. Pearson’s hr c Frying Pau, by Bethnal Green-Saucepan, Sst 101b 3 Navigator won pretty easily. Time, 3min. 214 sec. The V.R C. Derby, run at the Spring Meeting, was won by Navigator, with Frying Pan second, Segeahoe third, Guesswork unplaced. Brunswick Stakes,, a handicap sweepstakes of 5 sovs each, with ISO added.
