The auctioneer fearlessly says that the gvound within the limits of the above mentioned claim is as rich eleven richer in the precious metal than any other piece of ground on the Molynerix, and situated as it now is with a first-class plant, it presents a chance that but seldom occurs for capitalists to invest, or to a party of working men. The great obstacle hitherto has been tbe’ want of means to drain the ’ground when in work, but now that difficulty is removed, and when the river again falls to its ordinary level, work can be resumed, and gold at once will flow into the hands of the fortunate posses-ors. The present partnership, consist of four persons and from the fact of them being separated and each living in different localities is the only reason for them placing this valuable property in the market.
