This morning whilst hoisting machinery on to the new dredge tor Oamarn Harbour Beard, one of the pulleys broke and fell on John Basire, breaking his leg and severely hurting his head, He is still in au unconscious state. The two Massey’s were again brought up to-dav when the Victorian witnesses were examined. B >th the accused wore fully committed for trial.
