Bit as a safeguard against a repetition of the abuse now veine Red, it has been decided that those who may desire to use the instrument should Le prepared to state if called upon, that the person or persons intended to perform thereon are qualified -o extract a m-r'olyat least superior to ordinary pigsquialing. f am, War.
