Acceptances to be delivered not later than 10 a.m, on January 1, 1883. weights for the Vincent Handicap to be declared after the Black’s Handicap is run. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Marcs and geldings allowed 31bs. No entries to be received for any of the above races except on this condition— That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing ahall be decided by the Stewards appointed to carry out the above programme. Their decision upon all points connected therewith shall be final. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. Horses walking over will receive only 50 per cent, of the stakes. Any person entering a protest must deposit therewith L2, and should the same be deemed frivolous by the Stewards the amount will be forfeited. No entrances or acceptances will be received on any pretext whatever after the time specified.
