VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL.
The following is the order paper of the Vincent County Council for the meeting to be held on Thursday, the 21st inst.. in the Council Chambers, Clyde : 1. —Reading of inward and outward correspondence and considering and ordering thereon. 2. —The reading of the Engineer’s reports on Roads, Bridges, Ferries, Contracts, &c, and considering and ordering on the same. 3. —Passing of Accounts. 4. —Dealing with Tenders. 5. —To instruct the County Solicitor to sue for all unpaid rates. 6. —To agree to the Roads on which the sum of ,£3Ol Is 2d being the amount due on Deferred Payment Blocks in Vincent County under the Land Act, shall he expended. 7. —To consider and agree to Schedule of Works to be constructed under “ The Roads and Bridges Construction Act.” 8. —To consider if the Council will do their own rating or accept the Government Valuations under the Rating Act. 9. To consider the advisability of making the office of Clerk to the Council one office, and that the office of Hate Collector and Dog Tax Collector be amalgamated, and that the Council proceed to fix the amount to he paid as salary to each officer. 10—I hat the Depasturing Regulations as amended and presented by the Chairman be considered and agreed to.
