RULE'S ANP REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31bg. No entries to ho received for anv of th( above races except on this condition—Thai all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shill be decided by the Stewards appointed to carry out the above programme. Their decision upon all points connected therewith sh ill be final. Any Jockey riding except in the colour! enters I will be fined £2. Five per cent, will bo deducted from th< gross amount of all stakes for expenses. The Duns tan Jockey Club Rules will b( strictly enforced. Horses walking over will receive onlj 50 per cent, of the stakes. Any jperson entering a protest, must de poait' therewith £2, and should the same bi deemel frivolous by the Stewards thi amount will bo forfeited.
