Dawson and Co. do not expect or solicit (l ittery, or any gratitude for their exertions for having placed within the reach of the Colonists facilities for purchasing their watches at exactly the same prices os they are now daily sold all over England, Ireland ami Scotland. D. and Co., therefore, beg repectfully to request the readers of this pa]ier to compare the Colonial an I English shop prices asunder, with those charged by the makeis, STEWART, DAWSON, & CO., ORDERS BY POST. in sending orders by post, intending pur- i chasers will note that 2s Gd should be added to the price of each watch as above, to cover the cost of forwarding same safely registered to destination. D and Co.’s English Levers are not of tho common or chance make usually sold retail ; each Watch is of the very best manufacture and finish, the mechanism contains improvements not to be had in any other watch, every detail that scientific ability, practica' experience, and capital can command has been employed in the improvement of their construction to ensure time keeping, durability, and non-risk of getting out of order. D. and Co. can therefore state without fear of refutation that their Watches are more perfect as timekeepers, are more sound in construction, which ensures durability, and are less liable to get out of order than any other English Watch.
