A meetino of the Stewnids was held in Dickie’s Hotel, Clyde, on evening last, to receive tho Treasurer's and S (rotary's reports, and for a general settlement in connection witli the late Spring meeting. Mr S. Wolsford, President, occupied the chair. Sec chary, for the able and satisfactory maimer he had performed the duties of his office. Resolved-ThaU the amount of Lll 14s be passed for payment. The meeting then adjourned. At the close of the meeting the question was discussed as to whether the Club should hold a summer meeting.
