Famines, min, and death meet the unfortunate inhabitants on every side. Intelligence is to hand that the Gear has reached Moscow, and received a great ovation from the people. It has now transpired that the object of His Majesty’s visit to Moscow is to attend the Exhibition now being held there, and not, as was supposed, for the coronation ceremony.
