In the matter of the “ Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and the several amendments thereof, and of a certpin deed of arrangement, beai ing date the 4th day of August, 1882, and made between George Wellingtqn Goodgeu, of the one part, and Duncan MacKellar, David Anderson Jolly, and I tril Edwin Gudgeon, of the other part. Notice is Hereby Given that a certain Deed of Arrangement, dated the 4th day of August, 1882, made between George Wellington Goodger, of Cromwell, in Vincent County, New Zealand, hotelkeeper, of the one part, and Duncan MacKellar, of Grom well, aforesaid, timber merchant, David Anderson Jolly , of the same place, storekeeper, and Cyril Edwin Gudgeon, of the same place, bank manager, thereinafter called “ the Trustees”), of the other part, has this day been filed in the District Court of the Otago Goldfields, holden at Queenstown, and that a meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of assenting to the said Deed, will be held at the Court House, Cromwell, on THURSDAY, the 24th day of August, 1882, at the hour of 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
