TVTOTTCR OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER RACE To the Mining Registrar at Clyde, of the Otago Gold Fields Mining District, and all other persons whom it may concern. Take NOTicEthatitis intended to construct a water race and divert water' pursuant to the provisions of sec. 31 of the Mines Act, 1877, commencing at a point in the Wai Keri Keri Creek about 300 yards below crossing on Blacks Road, and terminating at river Molyneux, about half-a mile below Mutton Town Gully. The length of such race is one mile or thereabouts, and its intend d course is North and South. The mean depth of such race is two feet, and the mean breadth is one foot arul is proposed to divert two Govem-ments-heads of water. ■And further take notice that it is intended to construct a reservoir in connection with the said race, on Eastern bank of the Wai Keri Keri, about 200 yards below tire head of said race, the length of bank to he 15 yards, the greatest height, 10 feet; the greatest breadth of base, 12 feet; the area, about onequarter of an acre, and with a by wash communicating with the Wai Keri Keri Creek.
