Having been appointed REGISTRAR of DOGS for the Vincent Comity, I hereby give notice that I will register dogs daily at my house, Cromwell; and on or about the 15th inst. I will visit Blacks and all the Lower Ridings for the same purpose, and after the 22nd inst. all owners of unregistered dogs will beprosecuted without further notice.
