Any person, company, association, or punhc body within or witho-'tthe colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any lui'ldinr. land, or Inendly society may, by its rules, provide that property belonging to in may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for such trusts aud uses and with such powers as may be detined in or by the said rules The advantages offered are:— Ist.
