AKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a Water Race, and divert water for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing in a gully known as Pic-nic Gully, on the West hank of the Mo'yneux about one mile South of Clyde, and terminating on my farm holding, Earnscleugh The length of such race is 500 yds. or thereabouts, and its intended course is North and South. The mean depth of such race is one foot six inches, and the moan breadth is two feet and it is purposed to divert two Government Heads of water.
