Gallager has been committed for trial for the manslaughter of a maori at Mannthi. Te Whiti and Tohu have been lodged in Addington gaol tn await their trial. A collision occurred yesterday at Wellington between the Wakatipu and Lady Bird. The latter was enuring to a berth with tco much way on her and struck the former amid ships doing damage to the amount of £BOO.
