Any present trustee may transfer tbe management of tlie oust property to the Public Trustee, wbo will thereupon hold sncli property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, association, or punlic body within or withct the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of tlie Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be oelined in the deed creating the trust. Any Viuildincr, land, or friendly society may, by its ruhs, provide that property 1 elonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules. • The advantages offered are:— Ist. State Guarantee against peculation, fraud, or dishonesty. 2nd. All proposed investments are considered by a board, consisting of the Honorable Colonial Treasurer, the Attorney General, the Comptroller ar c!
