Any person, company, association, or punlic body within or withct the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of tlie Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be oelined in the deed creating the trust. Any Viuildincr, land, or friendly society may, by its ruhs, provide that property 1 elonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules. • The advantages offered are:— Ist.
