Judge: Mr K .do B, Campbell, Started ; Mr P. Harrington. Clerk of Scales : Mr Jas Graham. Clerk of Course : Mr A. Wilkinson, First race to start at 12 o'clock sharp. PROGRAMME. 1. Maiden Plate of 10 sots, tor all horses that have never won an advertised race. One and a quarter mile ; post entry, 15s. 2. Vincent Handicap of 20 so vs; 3 miles. Nomination LI, acceptance 16s. 3. Hack Selling Race of 10 sova-Threo-qnarter "die, heals ; post entry 1 Os. If entered to be sold for LIS, to carry lOst: for LI2, Ost; for LlO, Bst, 4. Hurry Sburry, of ssovs; 1 mile. Post entry, 6s. 5. Blacks District Handicap of 15 so vs; lb mile. Nominations 15s, acceptances 15s. G. Handicap Trotting Race of 5 sovs; 3 miles. Post entry ss. 7. Consolation Race of 5 sovs ; one mile Post entry ss. 8. Hospital Race. All disputes arising are to Resettled by the Stewards, whose decision shall be final. Five per cent deducted from all stakes. Races to be run under the Dunstan Jockey Club rules, which shall be strictly enforced. Three horses, or no event. Nominations will be received by the Secretary at Mclntosh’s Blacks Hotel, on 29 hist., till 8 p.m. for the Yincent and Blacks Handicaps. Weights for the Vincent Handicap to be declared immediately after, and weights for the District, Haudicapto be declared on the course immediately after the Yincent Handicap has been run. No person shall be allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber to the Race Fund of LI Is. By order of Committee NOTICE. A CTION for trespass will be in -t-A_ stituted without further notice against any person allowing cattle or sheep to depasture on the Galloway Runs, or any art thereof. Also, all persons driving, removing, or attempting to drive or remove any cattle or sheep from the said runs, or who shall bo found disturbing or harrassing any catla or.sheepj thereon, will.be prosecuted.
