Miscellaneous PRELIMINARY NOTICE. AS ALE by public'auctiou of the stock-in-trade of Gilbert Sinclair, deceased, wil bo held at bis late store in the township of Ophir two or three weeks hence. Full particulars will be advertised in next issue. NOTICE. ALL persons having claims on the estate of the late Gilbert Sinclair, of Ophir storekeeper (deceased), are requested to forward full detailed particulars thereof forthwith to the undersigned ; and all moneys owing to the estate are to be paid to Mr C.
