TTPON reading the affidavits of Robert Chisenhall Hamerton, of Wellington, Public Trustee, and of John Butler, of Bald Hill, farmer, it is ordered that the Public Trustee shall be Administrator of all the real and personal estate of Patrick McDondell, of Bald Hill, miner, deceased. All persons indebted to the above-named deceased are requested to pay the amounts of their several accounts to me, or to James Hickson, Esq., Clyde. Also, all persons having claims against the said estate are requested to forward the same to me or to Mr Hickson on or before Wednesday, the 12th day of October next.
