The Representation Bill, which tfcrows Cromwell into the Wakatipu district, and extends the Dunstan district as far down the Clutha as Beaumont, and includes the towns of Roxburgh and Tapauui.was passed by the Upper Chamber last Tuesday. Wo wonder who will sing the loudest over the severance, the Cromwell “Argus” or Mr Ryke. We are of the opinion, however, that the residents of the Upper Clutha Valley will yet rue it; there was something in common between the Upper and Lower Valleys of the Clutha, but wo fear there is little between the Upper Clutha and the Frankton Plat
