ACTION for trespass will be instituted. without further notice against any person allowing cattle or sheep to depasture on the Galloway lluns, or any art thereof. Also, all persons driving, removing, or attempting to drive or remove any cattle or sheep from the said runs, or who shall be found disturbing or harrassing any catle or sheep thereon, will be prosecuted.
