DUNEDIN STOCK REPORT. Mr Donald Stronach (on behaltjof the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited) reports for the week ending 29th June as follows : Fat Cattle. —The supply at Burnside today was a very full one, consisting of 301 head, of which 70 were stores. Range of prices was bullocks, from Lssa to Ll3 ; and cows, 417s fid toL9 2s fid per head. We sold draft on account of Mr Wm Shand—bullocks, from 1.8 7s fid to Lll 2s fid ; and cows, L 5 6s to L 6 12s fid. Fat Calves.—Eight head were sold at from 16s to 36s each.

Fat Sheep. —2525 head were penned, of which 429 were merinos. This number proving in excess of trade requirements, prices showed a decline of Is to la fid per head, at which the demand was slow Crossbreds fetched from 11a 3d to 17s fid, and merinos 9s 9d to 11s. We sold, on account of Messrs T. and M. Henderson, Moeraki, a draft of crossbreds at 11s fid to 16s 3d."

Fat Lambs.—93 penned, and sold at la 9d each.

Fat Pigs.—2l2 were offered, and disposed of at from 30s to 60s each- Store pigs fetched from 1 Is to 25s each.

Sheepskins Butchers’ crossbred skins fetched from 2s to 4s 7(1, merinos Is lOd to 4s 3d, pelts la Id to Is 3d each, and greasy skins in bales per lb. Grain.—Wheat! The demand continues good for prime quality milling, which could be readily placed at 4s 2d per bushel. Sales by auction have been made at from 3s 3d to 3s 6d for second quality, and from 2s 7d to 3s for fowl-feed. Oats : The market shows a further slight advance, up to 3s 4d having been obtained at auction during the week for bright milling, and 2s Id to 2s 3d for medium and feed oats. Barley : Auction sales have ranged from Is 8d up to 2a 6d, the latter price being for good milling.
