STATISTICAL INFORMATION.

Amongst the Parliamentary papers received by us is one giving the area, population, value of rateable property, revenue and expenditure, of the counties in the colony for year ending 31st March, 1880. Space will not allow us to give it in detail. We collate, however, the following particulars of the counties immediately contiguous to Vincent County, which we think will prove of general interest:—
