NOTICE is hereby given that William Me Endow, of Blacks, farmer, and Gilbert Sinclair, of Blacks, Storekeeper, claiming under the will of Charles Carson, late of Ida Valley, farmer, deceased, have applied to be registered as proprietors of an estate in fee simple, in sections 19 and 20, Block V, Tiger Hill district, comprised in Receipt of the Receiver of Land Revenue, DunedinProvisional Register, Vol. 6. folio 48; and that they will be registered as such proprietors unless caveat be lodged at this Office forbidding the same within one Calendar month from date of publication of this Notice. Dated this 12th day of May, 1881, at the Lands Registry Office, Dun edin. H. TURTON, District Land Registrar.
