I HEREBY NOTIFY that I will hold Courts at the under-men-tioned places and times for the purpose of hearing any applications for relief under the 47 th section of the Counties Act, 1876, — At the Court House, Cromwell, for the Ridings of Kawarau, Clutha, Lindis, Hawea, and Nevis, on Tuesday the 14th of June next, at noon. At the Court House, Clyde, for the Ridings of Dunstan Earnsclcugh, Matakanui, and Manuherikia, on Wednesday the 15tlx day of June next, at noon.
