Alines Act, 1877, wo hereby m ike application for a special claim of one mile in length of the boil of the River Molyneux as pegged out by ns on behalf of a private Company of Adventurers for dredging for gold, our lower pegs and trenches being the one on the Western side of the river a little above Ryan’s paddock, and the other immediately opposite on the Eastern bank, and the upper pegs the one on the Western side of the river near M'llroy’s residence, and the other immediately opposite on the Eastern bank. And we apply under circumstances involving the expenditure of considerable sums of money, the dredge being constructed for ns costing, when placed on the river, over 1-3000, and which will steadily employ in its working about a dozen men. i bated this sixteenth day of April, 1881.
