THE RUNHOLDERS’ TEST CASE.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — T find that the case referred to by me in my addresses on "The Land Question, 1 ’ to test whether the rnnholrters shonld ■observe the conditions on the faith of which ten years extension of their leases was granted by the Government, was concerning a block of land on Bellamy run, near Tuapeka, and not the Matakanui run, ns I had supposed. The fact remains that the case was tried, and that the decision of the Court affected all the nmholders in the province.—l am, etc.. VINCENT PYKfe.
