Tuesday, March 29. Before Jackson Keddell, Esq., R.M. Jas. Paget v. N. A. Anderson ; summons for assault and battery. Claim, £SO for damages, MrS Turton, solicitor, for plaintiff; Mr F. J. Wilson for defendant. Mr Wilson contended that the Court had no jurisdiction to hear the class of action. Mr Wilson, with deference to the Court, must object to go on with the case till the question of jurisdiction was settled. The case was adjourned till Wednesday, April 13. L. Cameron v. N. A.
