CLYDE. Mr Inspector Petrie examined this school on Monday Jast, 7 the 14th instant. We append helow that gentieman’ s report *

General Report. This school continues to be in good order. On the whole the classes have been most successfully taught, and all, except the first standard, passed an excellent examination. The written exercises were carefully and clearly ma e out. I was highly satisfied with the intelligence, tone, and discipline of the children. The school is, in many respects, one of the best managed in Otago. Donald Petrie, M.A., Inspector.
