We quote prime beef, barely 2ls per lOOlbs. Far, Calves. —l4 were sold at from 16s to 35s per head. Fat Sheep.— 2512 head were penned, of which 1107 were cross-breds. 720 meiinoa, 658 stores There was a fair demand, without any quoteable change from last market rates, cioss-breds fetching 7a 9 1 to 1 U per hea I. and merinos 6s 6 1 to 8s 61.
