committee for their exertions in bringing the financial affairs of the Institution into so satisfactory a state; a’so to the Hon. Treasurer (Mr J. E. Stevens) .and the ‘Resident Surgeon (Dr Thomas Leahy) for their exertions and services. Mr B Naylor now vacated the nhair, and Mr Wm. Eraser was votol to the vacant position, who explains I the next business to bo the election of a now commi tee. Oliver, T. Sims, G. Fachc, W. (3. Rees, C. B. Beck, F. J. Wilson, and J. D. Cambridge. In reply to a question, the Chairman sai 1 the officers had to be elected by the Committee. The Secretary said the first meeting of the new Committee would take p ace on Monday, 7th February, in the Library 'Committee Room, Clvde, at 8 p m. The meeting then adjourned sine die.
