The VALUATION LISTS for the Hillings of Wawea, Lindis, (Jlutha, Kawarau, Nevis, Earnscleugh,, Matakanui, Manuheiikia, ami Duustan, in the Vincent Ccunty, for the year 1881 82, are now open for inspection at the County Offices, Clyde, and a copy of »he Hawea, Lindis, Clutha, Kawatau, and Nevis Lists are also open for inspectian at the Court-house, Cromwell ; and a copy of the Matakanui and Manuherikia Lists are also open fur inspection at the Police Station, Blacks. All objections to the Hawes, Lindis, Clutha, Kawaran, and Nevis Lists must bo left at the County Office, Cromwell Bridge, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment C >urt ; and a c°py of every such objection must be left at the office of the County Council, Clyde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. All objections to the Matakanui and Manuherikia Lists must be leftat the Court house, Blacks, on nr before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objeetien must be left at the office of the County Connell, Clvde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. All objections to the Dunstan and Earnscleugh Lists must be left at the Cnnrt-house, Clyde, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such obj ction must be left at the office of the County Council, Clyde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. IN terms of Sub-section 9 of Section 13 of tLe L'abbit Nuisance Act, 1880, we hereby give public notice of the intention of the Trustees to make a rate of one-sixth of a Id. per acre for the period of the financial year 1881. Also, that the landowners’ list is deposited at the Court House, Clyde, and copies of the names and acreages I only are deposited at Mr Pitches ! store, Uphir, at the Albertown Hotel, | and at the Court-houses, Cromwell, ! and Roxburgh.
