TAKE NOTICE, “f a ; «ipg* fTrf The VALUATION LISTS for the Ridings of Hawea, Limlis, (Jlntha, Kawarau, Nevis, Earnsoleugh,, Matakanni, Manulierikia, ami Dunstan, in the Vincent Ccunty, for the year 1881 82, arc now open tor inspection at the County Offices, Clyde, and a copy of the Hawea, Limlis, Clutha, Kawarau, and Nevis Lists are also open for inspeotian at the Court-house, Cromwell; and a copy of the Matakanni and Manuberikia Lists are also open for inspection at the Police Station, Blacks. All objections to the Hawea, Limlis, Clutha, Kawarau, and Nevis Lists must be left at the County Office, Cromwell Bridge, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court ; and a copy of every such objection must be left at the office of the County Council, Clyde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. A.ll objections to the Matakanni and Manuherikia Lists must he leftat the Court house, Blacks, on or before the 14th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objeetien must be left at the office of the County Council, Clvde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. All objections to the Dunstan and Earnsoleugh Lists must be loft at the Court-house, Clyde, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the office of the County Council, Clyde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. IN terms of Sub section 2 of Section 13 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1880, we hereby give public notice of the intention of the Trustees to make a rate of one-sixth of a Id. per acre for the period of the financial year 1881. Also, that the landowners' list is deposited at Mr Pitches’ store, Ophir, at the Albertown Hotel, and ac the Courthouses, Cromwell and Roxburgh. And further, that the 19th day of February, 1881, at the Town Hall Buildings, Clyde, at noon, is the clay and place on and at which the Tms tees will sit to bear objections to the landowners’ list and finally complete such list, and levy the rate.
