No person shall he allowed to enter or run a horse unless qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea (o the Race Fund. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no race. No entries will lie received for any of the above races except upon this condition—That all disputes, claims, and obj. cl ions arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whomsoever they may appoint. And their deci-ion on all po tits connected with the carrying cut of this propramme skull be final. Jockey costume will be enforced. The Dunedin Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit the sum of one guinea, and should such be deem-d frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited.
