Handicap will be declared on Saturday,, the 9th October, at 8p m. Acceptances to be lodged with the Secretary before 8 p.m. on 14th October. Weights for the Vincent Handicap to be declared and acceptances lodged after the running of the Dunstan J.C. Handicap. RULES AND REGULATIONS. For all races (“xcept the Handicaps) three horses to start or no race.

No entry shall be received for any of the above races except upon the following conditions :—-That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the running shall be decided by the stewards or those whom they may appoint.
