FA CHE, instructed by the Shareholders, will sell by Public Auction, at Ryan’s Bendigo hotel, Alexandra, on Monday SEPTEMBER Gth, 188 ft, At 1 o’clock sharp, The celebrated Mining Claim at Doctor’s Point, known as “ Cameron and Bayley’s,’ 7 miles below Alexandra, together with Water-race and Plant for working the same ; also, a first-class Boat, The Claim is an extended one of 4 Acres, only about lutlf-an-acre of which has been worked, and is now in a fair way of working, The plant comprises tramway and trucks, planks, barrows, sluice-boxes, picks, shovels, crowbars, and every other tool necessary for working a claim of the description. In the hands of a party of working miners this Claim would prove a fortune, the Auctioneer accordingly draws the attention of Miners to the Sale. The Claim, Race, and Plant will be sold in one Lot, the Boat as a second Lot. Particulars of Plant to be had on application to the Auctioneer, Clyde ; or Mr Thompson, Manager, on the Claim.
